Time:9.30am- 12.15pm and 12.45pm - 3.30pm

• You are welcome to attend for the whole day or just “drop-in” for particular sessions.

• Please bring a packed lunch if you are attending for the whole day.

• Uniform is not required.

• Visit the bases as you choose

• Tea and coffee will be available all day
