To book:

  1. For residential events contact the Centre to check availability of camp sites / indoor accommodation.

  2. Complete the booking form and send it to the Centre with your deposit.

  • Bookings are not reserved / confirmed until this form is received at the Centre with appropriate deposit.

  • The maximum number of bed spaces in the indoor accommodation is 28

  • For indoor accommodation a minimum fee equivalent to 18 persons per night will be charged

  • Cheques should be made payable to “Gloucestershire County Scout Council”

  1. Bookings for activities to be made directly with the Centre as soon as possible prior to the event.

  2. Balance of account MUST be settled 24 hrs before departure, unless agreed in advance with Centre Manager

  3. A responsible leader must supervise all groups of those using the centre who are under the age of 18.
